Women Inspiring the Narrative is a collaborative kickoff to Women's History Month. It's an experience centered on women who are actively shaping Memphis.

Inspired by past WIN events, this gathering:

• Features a live panel of trailblazing leaders from MMDC partner institutions and local organizations who are “breaking barriers, shaping industries, and creating opportunities for the next generation.”
  
  
• Lifts up women whose leadership shows up in boardrooms, classrooms, neighborhoods, and business corridors across the Medical District and beyond.
  
  
• Creates space for real conversation about resilience, influence, equity, and what it takes to lead and thrive in your community.
  
  
• Celebrates collaboration as the engine for progress in the District and beyond.
  
  

You will hear from voices connected to major healthcare institutions, foundations, local government, finance, and more that fuel the Memphis Medical District ecosystem. Panelists from previous years have included senior leaders from UTHSC, Downtown Memphis Commission, Hyde Family Foundation, St. Jude ALSAC, and more.
