Instructor Camille Potter (better known as Camille Rose) will lead the sessions, which were moved to Mondays to better fit schedules and to take advantage of the “fresh‑start” effect: research shows people are more motivated to begin new habits at temporal landmarks like the start of the week, which can boost short‑term gym attendance and help build routine. Regularly scheduled classes also improve adherence, mood, and overall wellbeing.
Details coming soon: This September, join a free Pilates class at 10:00 a.m., featuring instructors from Evolve Pilates. October 17, we'll host ReadySetDefend; a self-defense micro workshop taught by Sharaze Colley. All classes are open to every fitness level — you don’t need prior experience to participate.
Bring a mat, water, and a friend. Arrive a few minutes early to get settled and check in with Camille! These sessions are a great way to move, meet neighbors, and make weekly healthy habits stick.
